At Chloe & Rose, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we're here to make it right.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If it's not quite what you expected, simply let us know and we'll take care of the rest.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and components included
  • Reported within 30 days of delivery

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email us at support@chloeandrose.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the return
  2. Include a photo of the item (if applicable)
  3. We'll reply with the return address and clear instructions

Please do not send your return to the address on the shipping label — we will provide the correct return address after your request is approved.


Return Shipping Costs

⚠️ Important: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the cases outlined below.

  • Change of mind returns (didn't like it, ordered the wrong item, want a different size/colour): The return shipping cost is entirely the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Chloe & Rose is not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.

  • Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or with a verified defect, we cover all return shipping costs. In some cases, you may not need to return the item at all — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund directly.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable
  • The Priority Dispatch & Insured Shipping upgrade (€3.95) is non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the piece you want is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order. That way you don't have to wait — your new piece will be on its way as soon as possible.


Order Cancellations

Our orders are processed automatically as soon as they are placed, which means we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted.

If you wish to make any changes to your order, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then request a return. Once your request is approved, we'll send you the return shipping details so you can send the item back, and we'll proceed with your refund following the process above.
