At Chloe & Rose, we offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees.

For those who want extra peace of mind, you can upgrade to our Priority Dispatch & Insured Shipping for just €3.95, which includes faster processing and full insurance on your package.


Processing Time

Once you place an order, we usually require 1–2 business days to process it. Each piece is carefully packed by hand before it leaves our studio. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.


Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the average delivery time is 8–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by delays due to customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related issues.


Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way. Tracking information usually becomes available 2–3 days after your order has been placed.


Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing your order quickly, cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we are unable to cancel, but you are welcome to return your order once it arrives in accordance with our Return Policy.
