What if I would like to return my order?
We want you to love your Chloe & Rose piece just as much as we loved making it. If it is not quite right, you are welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the piece comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging. Simply email us with your order details, and we will take care of the rest.
Will my piece lose its look over time?
Your Chloe & Rose piece is made to last. Our materials are chosen for durability and everyday use, and each piece is crafted to hold up beautifully over time. Like anything well made, it will develop character with use, but it should not lose its shape or quality under normal conditions. With a little care, it will stay beautiful for years.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping really is free. Every order ships at no cost to you — because we believe a handmade piece should arrive without any extra surprises at checkout.
We pack each Chloe & Rose piece by hand and ship it as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Want extra peace of mind? You can upgrade to our Priority Dispatch & Insured Shipping for just €3.95. This gives you faster processing and full insurance, so your piece is protected from the moment it leaves our hands until it arrives at yours.
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on where you live, but our promise is simple. We ship with care, and your standard shipping is always free.
Are all your products handmade?
Every single design is created by Chloe and Rose. Each piece begins as an idea at our worktable, is brought to life by hand in our studio, and is carefully inspected by one of us before it is sent to you.
What if my piece breaks or needs repair?
Life happens. If your piece needs attention, contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Within the first 30 days, we will repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.
For accidents or well loved wear after that, we are still happy to review repair options or offer a discount toward a replacement.
